The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical staff and services at a designated site to ensure high-quality mental health treatment that promotes client independence and family empowerment.
Requirements
- Masterās degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Licensed as LCSW, MFT, or Clinical Psychologist eligible for independent practice (minimum two years preferred)
- Minimum five years of experience in mental health care (inpatient/outpatient) with at least two years post-licensure
- Experience in clinical supervision, case management, and group leadership
- Knowledge of rehabilitation philosophy and mental health best practices
- Familiarity with Short Doyle (preferred) and First Aid Certification (may be required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Valid California driverās license, auto insurance, and proof of education required
