The Clinical Supervisor ā Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical staff and services to ensure high-quality mental health treatment that promotes client independence and family empowerment. This role provides leadership in delivering individual and group counseling services while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Requirements
- Masterās degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Licensed as LCSW, MFT, or Clinical Psychologist eligible for independent practice (minimum two years preferred)
- Minimum five years of experience in mental health care (inpatient/outpatient) with at least two years post-licensure
- Direct clinical, case management, and group leadership experience
- Knowledge of rehabilitation philosophy and behavioral health practices
- Valid California driverās license and active auto insurance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Familiarity with Short Doyle preferred and First Aid Certification may be required
- MAB Training preferred
