Responsible for accounting and fiscal management functions for the Berks County Workforce Development Board and PA CareerLink Berks County. Provides leadership and management of critical compliance and risk management fiscal administration function for workforce development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with five years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility
- Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles with an emphasis on Fund accounting and/or Cost accounting
- Experience with public and private grant programs
- Working knowledge of integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial systems (Oracle/Hyperion)
- Ability to read and interpret complex rules and regulations written by Federal, State and Local legislative and administrative bodies
- Supervisory skills to oversee assigned staff
