Court Reporter

Court Administration seeks a court reporter for the Court of Common Pleas to take and transcribe verbatim testimony, prepare court transcripts, and maintain record of all transcripts, notes, and bills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years' relevant work experience
• Demonstrated, documented proficiency in voice writing, accuracy, and audible clarity
• Fluent in English
• Visual and hearing acuity
• Comfortable insisting on recording clarity
• Confidentiality
• Previous courtroom experience preferred
