Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java Backend development
• Proven track record in Microservices architecture and Spring Boot
• Extensive experience in OpenAPI, RESTful service development, and managing the full API lifecycle
• Strong Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and analysis skills with a deep understanding of common design patterns
• Deep understanding of multiple hyper-scalers (AWS, Azure, etc.) and experience building platform-agnostic applications
• Strong understanding of ERP landscapes (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and how they interface with procurement platforms
• Strong MySQL and general database knowledge, including performance tuning and query optimization
• Expert-level proficiency with GitHub for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development
• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing, Bill of Materials (BOM) is a major added advantage
• Experience with React to better collaborate with frontend teams and understand end-to-end data flow
• Interest or experience in integrating AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise backend services to automate procurement intelligence
• Experience developing and maintaining large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS products
