Principal Legal Counsel– Japan

CP One Japan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coupang, Inc., is seeking a Principal Legal Counsel to provide legal support for the smooth progress and expansion of its business in Japan, utilizing Coupang's technology and innovative logistics solutions to provide fast and reliable customer-focused food delivery services to Japanese consumers.

Requirements

• Conduct various legal and compliance work related to business operations in Japan
• Provide advice, draft, and negotiate with various stakeholders and contracts
• Support the launch of new businesses and new products
• Collaborate closely and cooperatively with Business, Product, Operations, Compliance, Global Procurement, Finance, and other relevant departments
