Senior Manager II, Account Management

CP One Japan, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coupang, Inc., is seeking a Senior Manager II, Account Management to drive business performance and team effectiveness across Rocket Now's key merchant segments. The successful candidate will lead a team of Account Managers, drive key business metrics, and build relationships with key merchants to support long-term business success.

Requirements

• 12–20+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven track record of delivering strong business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Japanese
• Business-level English (speaking/reading/writing)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Short term business trips to other regions
