Staff Data Scientist (Marketing)

Coupang is looking for a Staff Data Scientist (Marketing) to join their team in Taipei, Taiwan. The role involves analyzing data to provide actionable insights for marketing managers and leadership, building machine learning models, and creating a data pipeline. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in machine learning, SQL, and Python, with a strong understanding of Mandarin and English.

Requirements

• 5+ years' working experience in machine learning.
• 3+ years' working experience in SQL.
• 3+ years' working experience in Python.
• Attention to detail with ability to validate data, identify data flaws, and create analytical reports.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility and exercise judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills to share analysis results in clear and concise manners.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (both verbal and written)
