Systems Engineer I

The Systems Engineer I will manage and support the IT infrastructure of client organizations within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable operation of systems and networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or a related field
• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security practices (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is a plus
