Senior Designer (Experience and Visual Design)

As a Senior Designer, you'll shape experiences across client engagements and internal concept work, moving fluidly between experience design, visual craft, and creative concepting.

Requirements

• 6--10+ years in design roles spanning UI, visual design, and experience design
• Advanced Figma proficiency for UI design, prototyping, and design system management
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for supporting production needs
• Strong visual design sensibility with a sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
• Clear communication skills with the ability to concept and art-direct, not just design screens
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
