Requirements

• Receive and take guest orders and process in a timely manner
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Perform sidework as assigned
• Operate point of sale system
• Straighten chairs, and keep floor free of debris
• Clean service area and replenish as needed
• Bus and set tables
• Handle cash and credit transactions
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Communicate with support crew and management
• Adhere to Coury Hospitality Cash Handling Policy
• Extend and total the check double-check for accuracy and have host sign it
