The Seasonal Pool Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to guests at the pool bar, maintaining the hotel's high service standards, and ensuring a welcoming and energetic environment.

Requirements

• Provide attentive and engaging service to all pool guests, taking beverage and light food orders promptly.
• Deliver drinks and menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar, seating areas, and service stations.
• Monitor guest consumption and adhere to all TABC and hotel alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the pool bar for daily operations.
• Support bartenders and team members as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, seasonal offerings, and hotel amenities.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
