Job Description
Covalent Lithium is seeking a Supervisor Mine Development for their Mt Holland mine. The successful candidate will lead and supervise a multiskilled crew, foster a high-performance team culture, and drive delivery of the mine plan. The role requires strong technical knowledge, demonstrated safety leadership, and the ability to motivate crews to deliver consistent outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in surface mining operations
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leading hand experience
- Mine Supervisor Certificate of Competency / S26
- Demonstrated understanding of Western Australian mining legislation
