Job Description
Whitehaven Coal is seeking a Mine Systems & Control Supervisor to lead and supervise mine control and operational activities, ensuring alignment to the daily mine plan, and drive real-time operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Fleet Management Systems (FMS) in a Control Room, IROC or ROC environment
- Proven supervisory experience in a mining or operational setting
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally across multiple systems
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
