Member Service Representative

Join our team as a Full-Time Member Service Representative at our Rib Mountain branch, assisting members with various transactions and providing personalized service to meet their financial needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year's experience working in a financial institution or service or sales related capacity or Associate's Degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
• Working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office and Windows programs
• Detailed knowledge of the credit union and its services
