Job Description
Cove is a tech flexible living platform in Asia Pacific, providing high quality and community-centric accommodations. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will act as the financial gatekeeper for our property transformations, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality and aesthetic.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or Civil Engineering
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of local construction contract forms (SIA/REDAS)
- Market rates for materials and labor in Singapore
- Proficiency in MS Excel
