Job Description
Security Officer position available at UPS DFW Gateway. Requirements include maintaining a command presence, vigilance, and awareness at all times, conducting post inspections, and verifying credentials and badges. Part-time and full-time shifts available.
Requirements
- Appear on post in accordance with uniform requirements and fitness for duty
- Maintain a command presence, vigilance, and awareness at all times
- Conduct post inspections, equipment inspections and review current pass along information
- Verify all person’s credentials and badges
- Take reasonable and prudent action to ensure the safety of employees, visiting personnel, and client assets
- Prepare legible daily logs, reports and incident reports as required
- Report to management all unusual or suspicious activity
