Job Description
The IT Services Manager will manage and coordinate the activities and operations of all Information Technology services for Covenant Care and Covenant Living. This includes hardware, software, network infrastructure, telecommunications, cybersecurity, system administration, and end-user support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT services, infrastructure, or systems administration
- Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments is an asset
- Relevant IT certifications (networking, cloud, cybersecurity) are an asset
