You’ll work closely with GTM executive leaders, acting as a strategic partner to design, attract, and scale teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on go-to-market recruitment (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships) within complex, fast-growing organizations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior GTM leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions through data-driven insights and market expertise.
- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple regions, including proactive sourcing and structured, competency-based interviewing.
- Strong understanding of GTM talent markets, including revenue-generating and customer-facing roles, with the ability to engage highly competitive profiles with credibility and depth.
