Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert (Fully Remote)

Join CoverGo, a leading global no-code insurance platform, as a Health Insurance Subject Matter Expert. Shape and build CoverGo's health insurance product capabilities, bridging the gap between insurance operations and technology. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

• Atleast 12 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong exposure to end-to-end insurance operations
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in health insurance
• Experience in life and/or P&C insurance is considered a strong advantage
• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance is highly desirable
• Deep understanding of the full health insurance lifecycle
• Proven ability to create clear, structured documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams
• Critical, forward thinker, innovator, and problem solver
