Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of our SaaS platform
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Full Stack Engineers
• Define and drive the technical strategy for AI integration
• Explore and evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and APIs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Drive architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce quality standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
