Contracts Administrator

The Contracts Administrator owns the end-to-end Contract Solutions for Channel and/or customer business, coordinating contract documentation setup, updates, terminations, performance review, and system setup.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, communications, information technology, or law
• Typically 2-4 years of previous experience in an operational role, business administration, or account management
• Fluent written and verbal English skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong process orientation
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships
• Able to handle batch-work/ working on data clustering and handling large volumes of information
• Able to work with competing priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Capable of working on self-directed activities with minimal supervision
• Possess a sense of urgency with ability to stay focused on goals and objectives; able to prioritize
• Proficient MS Office user
