Requirements

• Perform scheduled maintenance, service plans, and general repairs on automatic pool cover systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and alignment issues
• Install new pool cover systems (underguide, recessed top guide, deck mount) and complete replacement fabric installations
• Accurately document work in our software, including parts used, notes, photos, and time logs
• Maintain professionalism with customers and ensure quality work that upholds our Customer Experience Policy
