Requirements
- Perform scheduled maintenance, service plans, and general repairs on automatic pool cover systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and alignment issues
- Install new pool cover systems (underguide, recessed top guide, deck mount) and complete replacement fabric installations
- Accurately document work in our software, including parts used, notes, photos, and time logs
- Maintain professionalism with customers and ensure quality work that upholds our Customer Experience Policy
- Work collaboratively with your Service Center Leader and team, including participation in Saturday and holiday on-call rotations
