
Job description
As a Process Engineer I at Medtronic, you will provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area, recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies.
Responsibilities may include providing technical support, recommending equipment and process modifications, integrating equipment and material capabilities, reviewing product development requirements, and leading innovation and development of new manufacturing concepts.
This role is ideal for an individual contributor with a strong technical background and a passion for innovation and problem-solving. You will work closely with product design and development personnel to ensure compatibility and lead the development of new manufacturing processes.
