
Job description
As a Process Engineer II at Medtronic, you will lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. You will provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area, recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies.
Responsibilities include developing and conducting statistical analysis, recommending additions to document work, and leading the innovation, development, and/or optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures.
This role is ideal for an individual contributor with responsibility in technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. You will work independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments and contribute to the completion of project milestones.
