Job Description
Cox Communications is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to create customer experiences and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to meet sales targets, and be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Explain and demonstrate product capabilities to customers
- Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention
- Assist with the opening/closing of the store retail environment
- Properly handle cash
- Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos
- Support fellow sales agents when needed
- Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings
- Be willing to work in other locations in the same geographical area
