Job Description
Cox Communications is looking for a Retail Sales Associate who creates phenomenal customer service experiences and drives sales while making customers feel special. The role involves explaining and demonstrating product capabilities, meeting or exceeding targets, and supporting fellow sales agents.
Requirements
- Explain and demonstrate product capabilities
- Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention
- Assist with the opening/closing of the store
- Properly handle cash
- Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos
- Support fellow sales agents
- Continuously expand knowledge of current Cox products and competitor product offerings
- Work in other locations in the same geographical area
