As a Merchandiser, you will contribute to the overall growth of the CPM business by heightening awareness of client brands and ensuring high product visibility and quality. Building in-store relationships and providing simple reporting through tablet and phone technology are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- Adhere to journey plans given by line manager
- Merchandise required products on to shelves and ensure planogram compliance
- Record merchandising activity completed, audit brands and competitor activity, and provide feedback
- Maintain and grow planogram space, ensure correct SEL placement, and merchandise promotional displays
- Capture before and after photographs and deliver field insights
- Build strong relationships with store managers, NSMs, and other parties
- Generate new ideas and ways of working, support product launches and promotions
- Maintain CPM standards and policies, strive for highest standards of performance, and operate in an effective and efficient manner
