Merchandiser - Tactical

Reporting to the Tactical Manager, the Merchandiser role involves working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for all our retail clients, with a focus on stock rotation and planogram compliance.

Requirements

• Adhere to journey plans given by line manager
• Ensure merchandising guidelines are being adhered to
• Record sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity, and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Maintain and grow planogram space
• Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product
• Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place
• Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
• Liaise with store manager and Tactical scheduler
• Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team
• Generate new ideas and ways of working
• Support product launches and promotions across all serviced brands
• Maintain CPM and client standards and policies
• Strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
• Operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
