The Carrier Compliance Manager is responsible for managing carrier onboarding, verifying compliance with regulatory requirements, and conducting audits to ensure safety and security standards are met. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience managing multi-state fleets or carriers
- 3+ years industry experience
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
