Job Description
Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries. The Warehouse Lead supervises and coordinates activities of workers in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventorying, and shipping materials.
Requirements
- Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas
- Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped
- Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules
- Assigns duties and examines work for exactness and conformance to policies and procedures
- Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues
- Completes performance appraisals on direct reports
- Advises and enforces safety regulations
