Job Description
Serve as the main point of contact between operations, customers, and IT for all WMS-related needs. Provide Level 1 WMS support and assist in training new hires and providing ongoing WMS training to warehouse teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, IT systems support, or related fields
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
