Job Description
Serve as the main point of contact between operations, customers, and IT for all WMS-related needs. Provide Level 1 WMS support, configure the WMS, and document system issues.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, IT systems support, or related fields (internships welcome)
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
