Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Full-Charge Construction Bookkeeper to manage and oversee all financial operations with accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience (construction or trades industry preferred)
• Proven experience with job costing and project-based accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
