- Own paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok & programmatic
- Audit and rebuild ad accounts, pixels & attribution models
- Eliminate wasted spend and inefficiencies
- Manage large monthly budgets with clear ROI targets
- Build high-intent search & buyer-focused campaigns
- Optimize full-funnel journeys (ad? landing page? lead? sale)
- Develop retargeting and nurture programs for high-value buyers
- Create structured testing frameworks for creative, audiences & bids
- Build lookalike and high-net-worth audience models
- Implement end-to-end performance tracking
- Develop dashboards linking spend to leads, CPA & revenue
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Partner with creative teams on performance-driven assets
- Manage vendors, platforms & optimization tools
