Job Description
We are CREALOGIX, a leading provider of digital banking and financial technology solutions, seeking an IT Application Support Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd level support to external customers and actively shape the development of our support processes.
Requirements
- Finished degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or IT-related training
- Professional experience in IT support or application environment
- Experience with web and portal solutions and good technical understanding for digital applications
- Knowledge of JSON and XML, and ideally experience in analyzing log files and simple SQL select requests
- Practice in direct customer contact, ideally in the banking sector or in a regulated environment
