Job Description
Create Music Group is seeking a Product Design Lead, Systems & Practice to shape the design DNA of their modular, next-generation platform. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products, platforms, or workflow systems, and a passion for developing design practice and culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products, platforms, or workflow systems
- Proven ability to build or evolve design systems that scale across multiple teams and products
- Deep understanding of design thinking and research, and the ability to turn insight into elegant, scalable solutions
- A passion for developing design practice and culture
- Curiosity about AI in design and how emerging tools can unlock new ways of working
- Strong communication and influence skills
