Job Description
The Senior Director, Tax Operations is responsible for leading the company’s US and global tax compliance, reporting, and operational execution. This role provides strategic and operational leadership over the US tax function, with responsibility for setting processes, governance, and execution standards that are implemented by the broader tax team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of tax experience
- Deep expertise in US income tax compliance
- Strong understanding of global tax operations and coordination across jurisdictions
- Proven ability to build and run scalable tax processes
- CPA, JD, and/or MST required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Benefits
- Annual base salary in the range of $218,000 – $270,000
- Eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus
