Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the management in our daily business and be a key pillar in our agency's processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as HR processes, applicant management, and administration, as well as preparation of accounting and filing, and organization of meetings and trips.
Requirements
- Commercial education or study in the field of business administration
- Self-responsible working style in solving problems and challenges
- Safe handling of MS-Office applications, especially Excel
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing
