Executive Assistant in Vollzeit (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Executive Assistant in full-time to support us in the organization and coordination of daily business. The tasks include executive support, communication hub, project coordination, documents and research, and office and contract organization.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, team assistant or PMO
• Organizational talent with high quality standards, proactivity and discretion
• Sovereign communication in German (C2) and very good English (at least B2/C1)
• Safe handling of MS 365/Google Workspace
• Well-developed time and stakeholder management, prioritization and "hands-on" mentality
