Occupational Therapist Assistant consistent PRN

Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for consistent PRN hours providing patient-centered care at a Memory Care Assisted Living. The OTA performs treatments under the guidance of a therapist, assists with testing and evaluation, and contributes to the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include treatment implementation, documentation, and consultation.

Requirements

• Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current or eligible license or certification
• Minimum 1 year rehabilitation experience in the patient's age/type of population
• Active membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer skills for documentation
• Ability to follow OT direction
• Understand and follow Therapy policies
