Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate and flexible Occupational Therapy Assistant for consistent PRN hours at their hospital in Peru, IN. This role provides a variety of treatments to both inpatient and outpatient clients and emphasizes a patient-centered approach. Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Current license or eligible for license under statutes in the state of practice
- Preference for one or more years of rehabilitation experience in setting serving the same age/type of patient population served by this facility
- Active membership in the state and national American Occupational Therapy Association
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adequate computer skills
- Ability to follow occupational therapist direction and follow Vertis Therapy Management Policies and Procedures
