Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide consistent PRN physical therapy treatments at assisted living facilities in Kokomo, IN. The company emphasizes a therapist-owned model, providing quality, patient-centered care and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include assisting with treatments, maintaining records, and contributing to interdisciplinary team discussions.
Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Current license or eligible for license.
- At least 1 year of rehabilitation experience (preferred).
- Active membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adequate computer skills.
- Understanding of Vertis Therapy policies and procedures.
