Physical Therapist Part Time or consistent PRN

Vertis Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team on a part-time or consistent PRN basis at their Assisted Living community in Kansas City, Kansas. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide quality care to patients. Requirements

• Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and five years of direct practice experience.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation.
• Prefer membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Demonstrated competency in identified areas of specialization.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adequate computer skills in order to complete required job duties and computerized documentation.
• Demonstrated competency in applying principles, methods, materials and equipment used in physical therapy.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
