The 2nd Shift Sanitation Assistant Supervisor - Enrobing position is responsible for effective and efficient production changeovers, focusing on smooth transitions on the floor and continuous improvements. The role involves training employees on safe work practices, overseeing multiple line changeovers, and managing sanitation tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic sanitation principals, allergen program, and preventing foodborne illness
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing facility that produces food or nutrition products
• 1 year of previous sanitation experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
