Job Description
The 3rd Shift Sanitation Assistant Supervisor - Enrobing is responsible for all production changeovers and start-ups, focusing on effective, efficient and smooth transitions on the floor for the shift. Provides constant feedback to Sanitation Supervisor/Manager on updates to the production floor and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic sanitation principals, allergen program, and preventing foodborne illness
- Preferably speaks in English and Spanish
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience/preferred BA/BS
- 1 year experience in a manufacturing facility that produces food or nutrition products
- 1 year of previous sanitation experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
