Requirements

• Input data into company records and systems
• Coordinate with other departments and Credit Control clients to resolve inquiries
• Respond to consumer emails promptly using scenario-based templates
• Organize, file, and track email, mail and text correspondence
• Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by creating cover letters and attaching them to account statements
