Requirements
- Debt collections, sales, or telemarketing experience
- Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some College Preferred/
