Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of debt collection, sales, or telemarketing experience
• Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections (preferred but not required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• High School diploma or equivalent, Some College Preferred
